Anatolia Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra's "ANATOLIAN RHAPSODY" project aims to bring the cultural richness and musical heritage of Anatolian lands to global stages. Established as a prestigious orchestra with the goal of showcasing Anatolia's cultural elements through the universal language of music, the orchestra embarked on the "Anatolian Rhapsody" project in 2019, which has quickly gained recognition and respect both nationally and internationally as a humanitarian and musical initiative.
The orchestra presents a polyphonic fusion of various cultural elements of Anatolia, blending them with the polyphonic structure of Western music. In addition to performing compositions in Western polyphonic style, the project also includes works by composers from the Turkish world, thus bridging local and universal music traditions. Anatolia Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra's fundamental mission is to bring art to broad segments of society and promote humanitarian sensitivity through the universal language of music, demonstrating that music is the wisest and most comforting voice to the world.
The orchestra has collaborated with musicians from various parts of the world who have served as performers in Hollywood film music projects since the inception of the "Anatolian Rhapsody" project. They have recorded studio sessions at the world-renowned Bulgarian Recording Studio. Notable names among these musicians include internationally acclaimed figures such as Nikola Petrov, Vladislav Boyadzhiev, Ronan Scolard, Jeremy Leidhecker, as well as Turkish musicians who have made their mark on national and international projects, such as Dr. Ayhan Özel and Tolga Tümözen.
